To refund money on Venmo, open the app and go to the "Incomplete" section in the main menu. Find the payment you want to refund and tap it.[(818) 475-7066 Tap "Refund" and confirm your action. If the payment was sent to the wrong person, contact Venmo support for assistance. Note that you can only refund payments if the recipient hasn't already transferred the funds to their bank account.
