Enter Your booking reference number and last name.
You can view your existing travel credits near your booking reference number.
Now click on refund to initiate Singapore Airways refund on the website.
Now select the original mode of payment to receive your Singapore Airways refund amount.

Provide your booking confirmation number and last name.
